The defense proved to be a force, as the Blue Bombers paced the circuit with just 398 points allowed. Winnipeg managed just 472 points, worst in the league. Tom Burgess directed the offense, throwing for 3,958 yards. Robert Mimbs led the receiving corps, catching 71 balls, while Rick House contributed 883 receiving yards. Warren Hudson, Perry Tuttle and Eric Streater each were targeted regularly also.

Robert Mimbs rushed for a team-high 1,341 yards.

The larcenous defense created 89 turnovers. Less Browne picked off 14 opponent throws. Tyrone Jones topped the defensive unit with 11 quarterback sacks.

Mike Riley coached the team. The 1990 Winnipeg Blue Bombers won the Grey Cup.
