The Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League ended the 1960 season with a record of 10 wins and 4 losses for 20 points, finishing first in the CFL's Eastern Conference. The team compiled a postseason mark of 0-2.
Toronto scored 370 points, while the defense yielded 265. Tobin Rote triggered the aerial attack, passing for 4,247 yards. Dave Mann paced all receivers, snagging 61 passes for 1,380 yards. Dick Shatto was targeted regularly, too.
Dick Shatto carried the ball for a team-best 708 yards for the Argonauts, and Cookie Gilchrist additionally aided the ground game.
