Jack McDowell led the squad with 22 wins, and Wilson Alvarez and Alex Fernandez added 15 or more wins, too Wilson Alvarez registered a 2.95 earned run average, tops among regularly-used pitchers.

Gene Lamont coached the team. The 1993 Chicago White Sox qualified for the playoffs as a division winner.
