The Browns allowed 501 runs, least in the league. St. Louis tallied 789 runs. Tip O'Neill drove in 98 runs and topped all regular hitters by hitting .335. Silver King recorded 45 wins for the team, while Nat Hudson, too added 15 or more wins, too Ice Box Chamberlain earned a 1.61 ERA, leading regularly-used pitchers.
