Hugh Duffy compiled a record of 3745 wins and 4697 losses in his managing career with the Milwaukee Brewers, Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago White Sox and Boston Red Sox. He began managing during the 1901 season and last managed during the 1922 campaign. Duffy was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1936.
