Whitey Herzog compiled a career batting average of .257 with 25 home runs and 172 RBI in his 634-game career with the Washington Senators, Kansas City Athletics, Baltimore Orioles and Detroit Tigers. He began playing during the 1956 season and last took the field during the 1963 campaign. Herzog was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2010.
