Ben Taylor compiled a career batting average of .328 with 33 home runs and 657 RBI in his 923-game career with the West Baden Sprudels, St. Louis Giants, New York Lincoln Giants, Chicago American Giants, Indianapolis ABCs, Atlantic City Bacharach Giants, Baltimore Black Sox, Washington Potomacs and Harrisburg Giants. He began playing during the 1910 season and last took the field during the 1929 campaign. Taylor was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2006.
