Joe Williams compiled a career batting average of .297 with 15 home runs and 121 RBI in his 256-game career with the Chicago Giants, New York Lincoln Giants, Brooklyn Royal Giants, Homestead Grays and Detroit Wolves. He began playing during the 1910 season and last took the field during the 1932 campaign. Williams was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999.
