Edmonton lit up the scoreboard for 516 points, while the defense allowed 450. Ricky Ray tossed for 2,991 yards, and Jason Maas took a significant amount of snaps, too. Terry Vaughn snagged 94 passes for 1,291 yards.

John Avery ran for a team-best 1,448 yards for the Eskimos.

Singor Mobley and Shannon Garrett each intercepted 4 errant tosses from the opposition. Elfrid Payton topped the defensive unit with 16 quarterback sacks, part of an overall team total of 44 sacks.

Tom Higgins coached the team. The 2002 Edmonton Eskimos lost in the Grey Cup.
