The defense proved to be a force, as the Tiger-Cats yielded 286 points, fewest in the circuit. Hamilton piled up points with 358 points. Frank Cosentino passed for 1,182 yards, and Joe Zuger spent time under center as well. Hal Patterson grabbed 39 receptions for 881 yards. Garney Henley was targeted regularly, too.
Bobby Kuntz carried the ball for a team-high 813 yards.
