Montreal struggled to score 267 points, worst in the circuit, while the shaky defensive squad conceded 518. Vince Ferragamo passed for 2,182 yards, and Gerry Dattilio spent time under center also. James Scott grabbed 81 passes for 1,422 yards. Billy Johnson was targeted regularly, too.
David Overstreet carried the ball for a team-best 952 yards for the Alouettes.
Charles Cornelius snatched 4 opponent throws. Doug Scott sacked quarterbacks 7.5 times.
