The Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League ended the 1999 season with a record of 3 wins and 15 losses for 6 points, finishing fourth in the CFL's West Division.
The Roughriders stumbled, scoring only 370 points, though they the leaky defense allowed 592. Steve Sarkisian tossed for 2,290 yards, and Reggie Slack took a significant amount of snaps, too. Curtis Mayfield led pass catchers, hauling in 53 receptions for 863 yards. Don Narcisse and Eric Guliford contributed to the receiving game also.
Mike Saunders ran for a team-high 971 yards for Saskatchewan.
Willie Pless and Shannon Garrett each picked off 3 errant tosses from the opposition. Neal Smith sacked opposing passers 9 times, part of an overall team total of 44 sacks.
Cal Murphy coached the team.
