Robert Mimbs led the receiving corps, catching 71 balls, while Rick House contributed 883 receiving yards. Perry Tuttle, Warren Hudson and Eric Streater each contributed to the receiving game also.

Robert Mimbs rushed for a team-high 1,341 yards.

The larcenous defense created 89 turnovers. Less Browne picked off 14 opponent throws. Tyrone Jones topped the defensive unit with 11 quarterback sacks.

Mike Riley coached the team. The 1990 Winnipeg Blue Bombers won the Grey Cup.
