The defense proved to be a force, as the Stars yielded 225 points, fewest in the league. Philadelphia ran up 479 points. Chuck Fusina directed the offense, slinging for 3,837 yards. Willie Collier grabbed 56 passes, while Scott Fitzkee added 895 receiving yards. Steve Folsom and Kelvin Bryant provided receiving help, too.

Kelvin Bryant carried the ball for a team-leading 1,406 yards.

Mike Lush seized 7 opponent throws. George Cooper and Don Fielder each sacked opposing passers 6 times, helping propel the defense to an overall total of 49 sacks.

Jim Mora coached the team. The 1984 Philadelphia Stars won the Championship.
