Roger Neilson compiled a record of 460 wins and 378 losses and 159 ties in his coaching career with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Buffalo Sabres, Vancouver Canucks, Los Angeles Kings, New York Rangers, Florida Panthers, Philadelphia Flyers and Ottawa Senators. He began coaching during the 1977 season and last coached during the 2001 campaign. Neilson was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2002.
