Elected to Hockey Hall of Fame in 1949.

Art Ross compiled a record of 371 wins and 302 losses and 90 ties in his coaching career with the Montreal Wanderers, Hamilton Tigers and Boston Bruins. He began coaching during the 1913 season and last coached during the 1944 campaign. Ross was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1949.
