Cooney Weiland scored 173 goals and recorded 160 assists in his 509-game career with the Boston Bruins, Ottawa Senators and Detroit Red Wings. He began playing during the 1928 season and last took the ice during the 1938 campaign. Weiland was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1971.
