The Red Sox plated 708 runs and conceded 618 runs. Bob Tillman paced Allentown with 25 home runs, while Jerry Mallett, Marlan Coughtry, Ezell King and Dan Lynk each walloped 15 or more also. Dan Lynk recorded 82 runs batted in and topped hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .299 clip. Al Antinelli led the team with 17 wins, and Hal Kolstad recorded a 3.64 ERA, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
