The Asheville Tourists of the South Atlantic League ended the 2010 season with a record of 69 wins and 70 losses, finishing fifth in the league's Southern Division.

The Tourists scored 640 runs and gave up 669 runs. Jared Clark led Asheville with 24 home runs and drove in 82 runs. Eliezer Mesa paced all regular hitters by connecting at a .302 clip. Wes Musick, Chad Rose and Nick Schnaitmann topped the team with 8 wins each, while Wes Musick recorded a 4.05 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.

Members of the 2010 Asheville Tourists who played in Major League Baseball during their careers were Tyler Matzek, Nolan Arenado and Chad Bettis.
