The Bridgeport Bluefish of the Atlantic League ended the 2012 season with a record of 67 wins and 72 losses, finishing second in the league's Liberty Division.

The Bluefish scored 631 runs and allowed 692 runs. Brock Peterson and Prentice Redman led Bridgeport with 21 home runs apiece. Prentice Redman accounted for 82 RBI. Eddie Rogers paced all regular hitters by connecting at a .283 clip. Paul Oseguera topped the squad with 12 wins and a team-best 2.52 ERA, best among qualifying pitchers.
