The Burlington Bees of the Illinois-Iowa-Indiana League ended the 1960 season with a record of 66 wins and 74 losses, finishing fifth in the IIIL.

The Bees tallied 659 runs and yielded 796 runs, most in the league. Bill Jackson paced Burlington with 16 home runs Bill Jackson and Ed Napoleon each recorded 78 runs batted in. Ed Napoleon led all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .285. Dick Doepker topped the squad with 11 wins, while John Kelly recorded a 3.28 ERA, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Gene Alley, Tom Butters, Tommie Sisk, Ron Brand, Bob Priddy, Hardy Peterson, Orlando McFarlane and Rex Johnston were all players from the 1960 Burlington Bees who played in the Majors during their careers.
