The Bangor Lumberjacks of the Northeast League ended the 2004 season with a record of 56 wins and 36 losses, finishing third in the league's North Division.

The Lumberjacks scored 461 runs and gave up 399 runs. Derry Hammond led Bangor with 23 home runs, while Mark Burke walloped 15 or more, too. Derry Hammond drove in 66 runs. Jose Garcia paced all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .304 clip. Matt Scheuing topped the squad with 11 wins, and Jerry Long recorded a 1.98 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Clayton Andrews played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Bangor Lumberjacks to do so.

Kash Beauchamp served as manager.
