The Billings Mustangs of the Pioneer League ended the 1995 season with a record of 49 wins and 20 losses, finishing first in the league's North Division.

The Mustangs topped the league with just 316 runs allowed. Billings scored 463 runs. Christian Rojas led the team with 11 home runs and accounted for 56 RBI. Tom Scott topped all regular batters by connecting at a .353 clip. Justin Atchley paced the squad with 10 wins, while Damon Callahan registered a 2.92 earned run average, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
