The Billings Mustangs of the Pioneer League ended the 2011 season with a record of 44 wins and 32 losses, finishing first in the league's North Division.

The Mustangs scored 464 runs and allowed 411 runs. Robert Maddox led Billings with 16 home runs and drove in 51 runs. Sean Buckley paced hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .289 clip, while Wes Mugarian recorded a 5.82 ERA, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Players from the 2011 Billings Mustangs who spent time in Major League Baseball during their careers included Tony Cingrani, Carlos Contreras, Steve Selsky and Kyle Waldrop.
