The Burlington Senators of the Carolina League ended the 1969 season with a record of 71 wins and 71 losses, finishing third in the league's West Division.

The Senators plated 507 runs and allowed 531 runs. Don Castle drove in 59 runs and topped hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .283 clip. Dick Nold led the squad with 13 wins, while Jeffrey Vollweiler earned a 3.18 ERA, leading regularly-used pitchers.
