The Binghamton Triplets of the Eastern League ended the 1968 season with a record of 67 wins and 72 losses, finishing fourth in the EL.

The Triplets scored 432 runs and yielded 465 runs. Edward Gagle led Binghamton with 12 home runs Thurman Munson and Joe Pactwa each recorded 37 runs batted in. Matt Galante paced all regular hitters by connecting at a .234 clip. Gary Jones topped the squad with 11 wins, while Mickey Scott recorded a 2.58 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
