The Clinton LumberKings of the Midwest League ended the 2003 season with a record of 69 wins and 66 losses, finishing fourth in the league's West Division.

The LumberKings scored 584 runs and yielded 636 runs. Nate Gold led Clinton with 12 home runs and recorded 71 runs batted in, while leading all regular batters by connecting at a .268 clip. Cesar Herrera topped the squad with 10 wins, and Gary Hogan recorded a 4.03 ERA, tops among regular hurlers.
