The El Paso Chihuahuas of the Pacific Coast League ended the 2017 season with a record of 73 wins and 69 losses, finishing first in the league's South Division of the Pacific Conference.

The Chihuahuas scored 804 runs and gave up 789 runs. Jabari Blash and Christian Villanueva led El Paso with 20 home runs apiece., while Franchy Cordero, Ryan Schimpf and Dusty Coleman each walloped 15 or more also. Christian Villanueva drove in 86 runs. Franchy Cordero paced hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .326 clip. Bryan Rodriguez topped the team with 8 wins and a team-best 4.92 earned run average, tops among regular hurlers.
