The Wizards scored 520 runs, worst in the league, and gave up 529 runs. L. J. Biernbaum led Fort Wayne with 10 home runs Paul McAnulty drove in 73 runs and topped batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .273 clip. Gabe Ribas paced the squad with 13 wins, while Brian Whitaker registered a 2.09 earned run average, best among qualifying pitchers.

Cory Doyne, Jon Huber, Dale Thayer, David Pauley, Luke Carlin, Colt Morton, Drew Macias, Luis Cruz and Paul McAnulty were all players from the 2003 Fort Wayne Wizards who played in the Major Leagues during their careers.
