The Greenville Drive of the South Atlantic League ended the 2010 season with a record of 77 wins and 62 losses, finishing second in the league's Southern Division.

The Drive scored 652 runs and allowed 592 runs. Reynaldo Rodriguez led Greenville with 14 home runs Jeremy Hazelbaker recorded 62 runs batted in and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .267. Tom Ebert and Pete Ruiz paced the squad with 10 wins each, while Kendal Volz recorded a 3.72 ERA, best among regular hurlers.

César Cabral, Román Méndez, Ryan Pressly, Christian Vázquez, Drake Britton, Rey Fuentes, Dan Butler, Jeremy Hazelbaker and Chris McGuiness were all players from the 2010 Greenville Drive who played in the Major Leagues during their careers.
