The Greensboro Grasshoppers of the South Atlantic League ended the 2010 season with a record of 66 wins and 74 losses, finishing third in the league's Northern Division.

The Grasshoppers scored 600 runs and allowed 661 runs. Justin Bass led Greensboro with 19 home runs, while Chad Cregar, Kyle Skipworth and Kyle Jensen each walloped 15 or more, too. Kyle Jensen drove in 86 runs and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .272 average. Matt Montgomery paced the squad with 11 wins and a team-best 3.23 earned run average, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Members of the 2010 Greensboro Grasshoppers who played in Major League Baseball during their careers were José Álvarez, Arquimedes Caminero, José Ceda, Kyle Jensen, Edgar Olmos, Marcell Ozuna, AJ Ramos, Rob Rasmussen, Sandy Rosario, Kyle Skipworth and Christian Yelich.
