The Guadalajara Mariachis of the Mexican League ended the 2021 season with a record of 46 wins and 17 losses, finishing first in the league's Norte Division.

The Mariachis led the league with 500 runs, sparked by 86 home runs. Guadalajara surrendered 313 runs. Jesse Castillo and Niko Vasquez paced the team with 11 home runs apiece. Niko Vasquez drove in 51 runs and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .387 average. Masaru Nakamura paced the squad with 8 wins and a team-best 3.28 earned run average, best among regularly-used pitchers.

Johnny Davis, Adrián González, Jason Gurka, Anthony Vasquez, Dawel Lugo, Fernando Cruz, Jonathan Aro, Luis Sardiñas and Manny Parra were all players from the 2021 Guadalajara Mariachis who played in the Major Leagues during their careers.
