The Hickory Crawdads of the South Atlantic League ended the 2007 season with a record of 70 wins and 66 losses, finishing second in the league's North Division.

The Crawdads scored 745 runs and conceded 787 runs. Jonel Pacheco paced Hickory with 27 home runs, and Jared Keel walloped 15 or more, too. Jonel Pacheco drove in 99 runs and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .315. Michael Crotta led the squad with 10 wins and a team-best 4.4 earned run average, tops among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
