The Harrisburg Senators of the Eastern League ended the 1991 season with a record of 87 wins and 53 losses, finishing first in the EL.

The Senators topped the league with just 483 runs allowed. Harrisburg scored 682 runs. Matt Stairs, Bob Natal, César Hernández and Chris Cassels led the team with 13 home runs apiece. Matt Stairs drove in 78 runs and topped batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .333 clip. Chris Pollack and Dan Freed paced the squad with 11 wins each, while Chris Pollack recorded a 2.75 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
