The Lancaster Barnstormers of the Atlantic League ended the 2012 season with a record of 88 wins and 52 losses, finishing first in the league's Freedom Division.

The Barnstormers paced the league with 755 runs, sparked by 156 home runs. Lancaster allowed 561 runs, least in the league. Ryan Harvey powered the team with 27 home runs, while Blake Gailen, Fehlandt Lentini and Kody Kirkland each walloped 15 or more as well. Fehlandt Lentini accounted for 92 RBI. Blake Gailen led batters with significant playing time with a .338 average. Alan Johnson, Dwayne Pollok and J. D. Durbin topped the squad with 14 wins each, and Dwayne Pollok recorded a 2.3 ERA, tops among qualifying pitchers.
