The Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League ended the 2012 season with a record of 63 wins and 74 losses, finishing third in the league's Liberty Division.

The Ducks scored 672 runs and yielded 726 runs, most in the circuit. Brandon Sing led Long Island with 26 home runs, and Ray Navarrete walloped 20 or more, too. Ray Navarrete drove in 90 runs and topped batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .309 clip. Jason Monti paced the team with 7 wins, while Rob Zimmermann registered a 4.32 earned run average, best among qualifying pitchers.
