The New Hampshire Fisher Cats of the Eastern League ended the 2010 season with a record of 79 wins and 62 losses, finishing second in the league's Eastern Division.

The Fisher Cats topped the league with 723 runs, ignited by 134 home runs. New Hampshire surrendered 663 runs. Eric Thames led the team with 27 home runs, while David Cooper and Shawn Bowman walloped 15 or more as well. Eric Thames drove in 104 runs. Darin Mastroianni topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .301. Kyle Drabek paced the squad with 14 wins and a team-best 2.94 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
