The Golden Spikes plated 826 runs and surrendered 744 runs. Kit Pellow walloped 35 home runs for Omaha, while Steve Gibralter, Joe Vitiello, Sal Fasano and Mark Quinn each added 15 or more also. Kit Pellow drove in 99 runs. Mark Quinn led hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .360 clip.
