The Beavers tallied 649 runs and surrendered 693 runs. George Freese walloped 35 home runs for Portland, while Jack Littrell and Frank Kellert added 15 or more, too. George Freese drove in 81 runs and topped all regular hitters by hitting .305. Elmer Singleton led the squad with 13 wins, and Larry Jansen recorded a 3.13 ERA, leading regular hurlers.
