Louis Caputo paced Panama City with 13 home runs and drove in 83 runs, while leading hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .275 clip. Charles Townsend topped the squad with 13 wins and a team-best 2.7 earned run average, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Cecil Butler played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Panama City Fliers to do so.

James Deery served as manager.
