The Quad Cities Angels of the Midwest League ended the 1968 season with a record of 65 wins and 50 losses, finishing second in the MWL.

The Angels scored 543 runs and allowed 460 runs. Dayle Campbell led Quad Cities with 12 home runs Dayle Campbell, Don Cunnigan and Jim Vopicka each accounted for 47 RBI.
