The Quad Cities Angels of the Midwest League ended the 1975 season with a record of 78 wins and 47 losses, finishing first in the league's South Division.

The Angels paced the league with just 432 runs allowed. Quad Cities scored 611 runs. Willie Aikens led the squad with 17 home runs and drove in 91 runs. Thad Bosley topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .298 clip. Jim Dorsey paced the team with 15 wins and a team-best 2.12 ERA, best among regularly-used pitchers.
