The Quad Cities River Bandits of the Midwest League ended the 1995 season with a record of 76 wins and 61 losses, finishing first in the league's West Division.

The River Bandits topped the league with just 533 runs allowed. Quad Cities scored 660 runs. Alejandro Freire led the team with 15 home runs Noel Rodriguez accounted for 71 RBI. Donovan Mitchell paced all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .329. Tony Mounce paced the squad with 16 wins and a team-best 2.43 ERA, best among regular hurlers.
