The Rochester/Winona A's of the Illinois-Iowa-Indiana League ended the 1958 season with a record of 57 wins and 73 losses, finishing fifth in the IIIL.Rochester (20-37) moved to Winona June 29.

The A's led the league with 761 runs, sparked by 147 home runs. Rochester/Winona surrendered 764 runs, most in the circuit. Richard Rogers paced the team with 27 home runs, while Tony Frulio and Leroy Scercy walloped 15 or more as well. Dave Gorrie drove in 86 runs and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .291 average. Stanley Horvatin paced the squad with 12 wins, and Robert Hoffman registered a 3.4 earned run average, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
