The San Antonio Missions of the Texas League ended the 2010 season with a record of 68 wins and 72 losses, finishing third in the league's South Division.

The Missions led the league with just 574 runs allowed. San Antonio scored 605 runs. Matt Clark paced the squad with 28 home runs and drove in 97 runs, while leading all regular hitters with a .269 average. Jeremy Hefner topped the squad with 11 wins, and Simón Castro recorded a 2.93 ERA, tops among qualifying pitchers.
