The Springfield Sultans of the Midwest League ended the 1994 season with a record of 69 wins and 71 losses, finishing second in the league's South Division.

The Sultans scored 674 runs and surrendered 723 runs. Juan Espinal led Springfield with 14 home runs Leroy McKinnis accounted for 67 RBI. Earl Johnson paced batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .280 clip. Brad Kaufman topped the squad with 10 wins and a team-best 3.35 ERA, tops among regularly-used pitchers.

Jorge Velandia played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Springfield Sultans to do so.
