The State College Spikes of the New York-Pennsylvania League ended the 2013 season with a record of 48 wins and 27 losses, finishing first in the league's Pinckney Division.

The Spikes led the league with just 261 runs allowed. State College scored 354 runs. David Washington paced the team with 10 home runs and accounted for 50 RBI. Steven Ramos topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .341 average. Kevin Herget paced the squad with 7 wins, while Juan Bautista recorded a 4.87 ERA, tops among qualifying pitchers.
