The Salem-Keizer Volcanoes of the Northwest League ended the 2003 season with a record of 43 wins and 33 losses, finishing first in the league's West Division.

The Salem- Volcanoes plated 397 runs and surrendered 343 runs. Brad Vericker paced Keizer with 15 home runs and drove in 47 runs. Aaron Hornostaj topped all regular hitters with a .311 average. Brooks McNiven and Pat Misch led the team with 7 wins each, while Jesse Floyd recorded a 1.73 ERA, leading regular hurlers.
