The Tennessee Smokies of the Southern League ended the 2013 season with a record of 76 wins and 62 losses, finishing first in the league's North Division.

The Smokies plated 618 runs and yielded 545 runs. Javier Báez paced Tennessee with 20 home runs, while Arismendy Alcántara, Justin Bour, Rudy Silva and Christian Villanueva each walloped 15 or more, too. Christian Villanueva drove in 72 runs. Rudy Silva led batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .284 clip. Eric Jokisch topped the squad with 11 wins, and Kyle Hendricks registered a 1.86 earned run average, leading regularly-used pitchers.
