The Tri-Cities Triplets of the Northwest League ended the 1985 season with a record of 33 wins and 41 losses, finishing third in the league's Washington Division.

The Triplets paced the league with 485 runs, fueled by 62 home runs. Tri-Cities yielded 475 runs, most in the circuit. Danny Lamar powered the squad with 17 home runs, and Keith Foley walloped 15 or more, too. Danny Lamar drove in 69 runs. Keith Foley led all regular batters by connecting at a .376 clip. Joel Smith topped the team with 7 wins, while Brett Hatch recorded a 3.75 ERA, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Gino Minutelli played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Tri-Cities Triplets to do so.
